Here's what to expect after you place an order with Kani.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days
- When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking details
- Processing can take a little longer during holidays and busy periods

Buying it as a gift? Order early so it arrives in time.

Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States.

- Standard Shipping: free, 7 to 10 business days after processing
- Priority Shipping: $6.99, 4 to 7 business days after processing

These timeframes are estimates. Carrier delays and local delivery conditions can change them.

Tracking Information

- Every order gets a tracking number
- Tracking updates can take 24 to 72 hours to show up after your order ships
- If tracking says "in transit" or "arriving late," your package is still on the way

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. Kani isn't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us. Packages confirmed lost in transit are reviewed case by case, and we may offer a replacement or store credit.
